We act as an effective job link between employers and job seekers Globally. We are very active in supplying talented, skillful, and semi-skill Myanmar workers to international companies in foreign countries such as; Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand countries. We aim to facilitate an effective way of bridging the employers and the candidates by saving money on advertisements and preventing the flooding of unnecessary resumes.

Our Services

Acquisition of job orders (workforce requests) from the clients with the job descriptions and compensation package for each position needed. Swann Royal Company will shortlist candidates and send resumes to the clients. We offer a comprehensive range of recruitment services, including sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, documentation, settlement, and after-sales services. The client may choose to conduct a skype interview, or they may come down to the country and do a personal interview for final selection: we will process all the documentation, video conference for the interview, work permit processing, medical check-up, pass issuing, etc. On your behalf, we will ensure that all of the candidates are well-orientated to minimize the effect of cultural distress and to counsel them till the end of their contract as well as their repatriation for whatsoever reason.
